Beginners Circle

Hi Everyone


Following on from Tuesday, as discussed we can start earlier if you want so we will meet at 7pm. (doors will be open from 6.45pm if you would like to arrive earlier have a coffee etc.)


As discussed, it is an important part of your development to keep notes of your experiences and to also help you understand the progress you are making. I will try and get hold of some decent notebooks/journals but in the meantime please start your journalling with whatever you have available.


Also carry on with the basic Light Exercise and try to sit in the energy at least 10 minutes a day building up to as long as you would like. I've included it again below just for reference.


Here are the positions of the main 7 chakras for ease of reference.

Basic Light Exercise


Opening up

Visualise a bright white light coming in through the top of your head, if you want you can visualise adding another colour e.g. gold or any colour that you feel calm and relaxed with.


See the light completely surround you until the light surrounds you above, below, to the right, to the left, then you can expand it as much as you like. This is a basic protection light shield. Try to sit in this energy for a good 5 minutes or more just relaxing and feeling the protective energy surrounding you.


Closing down

When you are ready to come out of this light attunement (closing down) just visualise Archangel Michael's blue cloak of protection coming down from the top of your head right down to and under your feet and feel yourself rooted in the ground.


This exercise is best done in the morning but if you have time you can of course do it later in the day. This is a personal psychic shield and should be done regularly as part of your daily routine. If however, you are engaged in any psychic work of any type e.g. healing work, then you should do it as often as you feel necessary.


As beginners who are not used to practising these exercises or anything similar this is a good habit to become familiar with. Start off slow but try to sit in the light energy at least once a day even if it is only for a short time.


I have a really good medium here on Friday if you can make it - you won't be disappointed.
