General

No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller. 
Delivery
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order.

Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched from our dispatch centre, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection (please note re-direction is only available for goods despatched via courier). The charges will be the same as the original delivery charge.

Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal / credit card at the time of order.

Please be aware if you are paying by a PayPal eCheque these may take up to two weeks to clear.  No goods will be despatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.

Website prices are listed in GBP (Pound Sterling) and this is the accepted payment currency

Returned Goods

Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods should be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 7 days will not be accepted.

The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer. 

The Seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
